The Bylaws committee is an important committee for OPHA and includes a representative from each of the Special Interest Sections. Every year, this committee reviews current bylaws and requests suggestions for changes from the Board and the general membership. The Committee then prepares amendments if additions, deletions or changes are proposed.
The Bylaws Committee presents proposed amendments to the OPHA Board for comment and review. The OPHA Members vote on all Bylaw changes at the Annual Business meeting at the Fall OPHA Conference.
Meetings are held 90 minutes prior to the OPHA Board meetings at the same location and any member is welcome to attend.
