The Nominations Committee solicits names of Association members in good standing within each region who are willing to serve on the Board; prepares a slate of nominees for the Affiliate Representative, President-Elect, the Nominations Committee and each position on the Board for which the current term of office is scheduled to expire at the annual meeting; and compiles the slate of nominees in a timely fashion to assure ballots are mailed at least thirty (30) days prior to the annual meeting.
