Approved OPHA Bylaw Amendments

On Tuesday, October 11, OPHA members voted to approve ammendments to the association bylaws during the 2011 OPHA Annual Meeting & Conference in Corvallis, Oregon.  Some of these amendments were cosmetic or minor clarifications, and others covered substantive issues.
